Revitalizácie vodných biotopov a ich dôsledky pre vodnú faunu

Revitalizations of water biotopes and their implications for aquatic fauna

Viaceré riečne biotopy v súčasnosti prechádzajú zmenami, ktoré zabezpečujú zlepšenie funkcií riečnych ekosystémov vo viacerých smeroch. Obnovenie pozdĺžnej riečnej kontinuity, vertikálnej a laterálnej konektivity, transportu hmoty, prutiprúdovej migrácie živočíchov, retenčnej a samočistiacej schopnosti sú jednými z hlavných dôvodov rozsiahlych revitalizačných zásahov, z ktorých mnohé sú dôležité pre zachovanie biotopov ako sú mokrade, lužné lesy a riečne ramená. S týmito zmenami dochádza zároveň k zmene štruktúry spoločenstva vodných živočíchov. Dodnes bolo realizovaných viacero revitalizačných opatrení rôznych vodných biotopov nielen v Európe, ale aj u nás. Práca bude zameraná na zosumarizovanie publikovaných výsledkov týchto zásahov na spoločenstvá bentických bezstavovcov a rýb.

Hlavný cieľ:

Vytvoriť literárny prehľad o zmenách abiotických parametrov a druhovom zložení makrozoobentosu a rýb po revitalizáciách riečnych biotopov.
